Markku Multamäki will take up the position of President and CEO of Kuusakoski Oy no later than 1 March 2026. In the meantime, CFO Lauri Siukonen has been appointed as the Acting CEO.

The Board of Directors of Kuusakoski Oy has appointed Markku Multamäki as the company's President and CEO. He will assume the role no later than 1 March 2026. Multamäki is currently CEO of Lantmännen Agro Oy and prior to that, held various executive positions at SSAB for several years.

In addition, the Board has appointed the company’s current CFO, Lauri Siukonen, as Acting President and CEO, effective from 13 August 2025.

Kuusakoski's long-serving President and CEO, Mikko Kuusilehto, has moved to a new position outside the organisation. The Board of Kuusakoski thanks Kuusilehto for his contribution to the development of the company and wishes him every success in the future.
