MATERIAL PROCESSING

We have built our recycling expertise over a hundred years. Our excellent material know-how, specialist expertise, and passion for what we do help us develop more efficient ways of sorting and refining materials.

We carry out a needs assessment for you and offer effortless recycling solutions for industrial needs. Based on the needs assessment, you will receive a customised offer which guarantees the most economically efficient recycling services possible.

The reporting will be tailored based on your specific needs, be it either production reports, corporate responsibility reporting or value chain transparency information. We can track delivery shipments individually on batch level, which allows us to create precise and informative reports.

Metals

Metal recycling is our core competence. Our processing capacity enables highly efficient recycling of metals from waste streams back into raw materials. We process for example vehicles, batteries and scrap metal from industrial production. We have systematically invested in the development of our recycling processes, to increase our metal recovery rate towards 97%.

Thanks to our reject plant and advanced fractionation process, our metal recovery rate is already above the industry average. We have also developed our further processing processes for non-ferrous metals so that we can double the proportion of pure metals and reduce impurities.

2
Precious metals

We recover the following precious metals from liquid and solid materials: gold, silver, palladium, platinum, and rhodium. We then make intermediate goods from them.

Our state-of-the-art technology ensures efficient material yield. We use advanced pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes in the recovery of precious metals. Our own, accredited laboratory provides support when more detailed analysis is needed. If necessary, we can tailor the methods to suit your company’s needs.

Our recycling solutions for precious metals cover the needs of the following industries, among others:

  • imaging (chemicals, X-ray films)
  • jewellery industry
  • coating industry
  • manufacturing (waste fractions)
  • mining industry
  • chemical industry
  • pharmaceutical industry

On a case-by-case basis, we also accept special metals, as well as rare earth metals.

Electrical and electronic equipment

Recyclable electrical and electronic equipment includes computers, printers, mobile phones, lamps and various power tools. If reuse is not a viable option, we will recycle the equipment as raw material.

Almost 100% of non-reusable materials can be recycled, either as recycled raw material or energy.
