The certification is a third-party recognition of an excellent employee experience by Great Place to Work®. 
The employee experience has been studied with the Trust Index personnel survey, and therefore the certification is based on the genuine experiences of our employees. "We took part in this study for the first time and got certified right away, I couldn't be prouder," says Kuusakoski's HR manager Nina Perttula. 

Perttula states that the personnel has always been the most valuable part of the company for the Finnish family company Kuusakoski.
